NewBridge on the Charles is a continuing care retirement community created by Hebrew SeniorLife, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School and a leading non-profit senior care and research organization. Set on 162 acres by the historic Charles River, NewBridge offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences. Hebrew Rehabilitation Center provides extended medical care in a home-like setting for patients with chronic illnesses as well as short-term rehabilitation services following an acute hospital stay. Hebrew SeniorLife also offers home health, private care, palliative care and hospice care services to patients in their home. We also offer outpatient rehabilitative services at our Outpatient clinic.
